RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Prepare an annual Action/Strategic Plan for regional activities.
· Prepare an annual budget and set member firm contributions.
· Present such Plan and Budget to the Regional Committee at the annual regional meeting.
· Liaise with all regional Committees ensuring that they are aware of the agreed upon actions and review such progress during the year.
· Prepare agenda for the annual regional meeting.
· Consider reports arising from the Member Visit Programme to determine any additional actions necessary.
· Undertake all necessary statutory corporate obligations.
· Assist IEO in collection of membership dues.
